A little about me

I believe growth takes honesty and practice.

My faith matters to me, and so does the daily work of putting it into action. I care about people who need room to start again, a steady path forward, and encouragement to keep going when progress feels slow.

Here I’ll share what I’m building, what I’m writing, and what I’m learning along the way.

A Christian discipleship project shaped around Scripture, prayer, reflection, and practical steps of growth. The vision includes a 40-week pathway and a focused daily seven-minute rhythm.

I’m working on a book called Break the Cycle, exploring change, responsibility, faith, and the hard work of beginning again. It is a work in progress; I’ll share more here as it takes shape.
